Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, mailing address, and anything you share in our forms, such as contact messages, missionary or trip applications, and prayer requests.

Giving information: when you give, Stripe processes your payment. We receive your name, email, gift amount, date, and designation. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Automatic information: basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited, and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

How we use your information

We use it to process gifts, issue receipts and year-end giving statements, communicate with you about missionaries, trips, and your giving, operate our donor and missionary portals, improve and secure the website, and meet legal and accounting requirements.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us do our work, including Stripe (payments), GoHighLevel (contact management and email), Airtable (records), and Duda (website hosting). They may use your information only to provide services to us. We do not sell your personal information. When you give to a missionary or trip member, we share your name and giving details with that person so they can thank and update their supporters.

Email and communication

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in the message. We may still send receipts and account notices.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep the site working and to understand how it is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work.

Retention and security

We keep giving records for as long as tax and legal rules require. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
